FOR LEASE

LEASE RATES – Depending on the age, location, condition and size of the houses, lease rates may vary from Php 70,000.00 to Php 500,000.00 per month.

PERIOD OF LEASE – Generally, the period of lease would be at least one to two years with an option to renew.

TERMS OF PAYMENT – Generally, rental is paid one year in advance plus two months security deposit.

FOR SALE

SALES RATES – Just like in leasing, selling price of the properties are dependent on the location, condition of the houses and sizes of the lot being offered for sale. Selling rates would range from P40,000.00 per square meter to P80,000.00 per square meter in exclusive villages. One of the most expensive homes ever sold in Makati was a two storey mansion in Dasmarinas Village that went for Php 350,000,000.00.

TERMS OF PAYMENT – Payment may be made in Cash, Bank Financing or Pre-arranged Terms
